Coaching centred around defining and communicating a vision and clear purpose for a new global entity - requiring a shift and step up from a highly technical role, to leading and engaging a geographically dispersed team. My client learnt new ways to communicate , manage his energy, and build resilience - as a result, his team was fully involved in defining the global purpose of their function, generating excitement, commitment and setting the team up for strong business performance.
Transition.
360 feedback was a powerful start point for my clients transition to Global Head of function. Coaching gave her a clearer understanding of the business challenges and she decided on the leadership style and approach that would get her results. As a business leader she became more decisive, she led from the front with a new clarity. Strategic business measures improved within 6 months as global teams worked in closer collaboration.

The business challenge was to embed a customer-driven business model - leading a global data, insight, and analytics team to enhance profitability and effectiveness. Moving from Europe to US, my client immersed herself in her new function. With a strong presence and real influence with the Executive Team, she built the trust and the commitment needed to integrate a transformative, data-driven model into the very fabric of the business. The business out-performed competitors in the market, $50-$100M profit was added to its bottom line, and my client was promoted to an expanded, global role.
Personal Impact & Influence.
This Partner managed a vast and varied portfolio of companies. His business challenge was to make the impact he needed in Board meetings with often difficult stakeholders and overfull agendas. This programme was about transition from a focus on the day-to-day, into strategic leadership. Breakthrough thinking led to rapid restructuring, the development of key staff and taking on the leadership of two global strategic projects with the scope to add multi million dollar value.. Presenting and Leadership
Coaching supported transition into a CEO role. Our work included developing impact, whilst building an authoritative and engaging leadership style. He created a personal scorecard to focus and redefine his role. A new clarity and perspective emerged with outcomes including a sharper focus on adding multi million pound value through strategic acquisitions.
