I am an executive coach with over 15 years experience working with senior executives across the private, public, and not for profit sectors.
I grew up in London and still live here with my family and friends. I work face to face, and frequently use telepresence and video conferencing for international assignments.
After university I worked for the Prudential and then the Mars Group before embarking on the no- small challenge of starting a family and a business. The Oxford Group, grew to become a successful global leadership development business, operating with a team of 300 consultants and coaches worldwide. As CEO I grew the business, culminating in its successful sale in 2015.
My executive coaching career started in 2005. I coach ambitious senior leaders who want to improve their performance. I work primarily for large corporates as well with leaders and owners of fast growth businesses.
I have coaching qualifications and have trained with a broad range of coaching schools. I create structured learning and work flexibly in a way that is unique, relevant and useful to you. Above all I care about making a real difference. I encourage practice, boldness and an unwavering focus on outcomes.
I am best known for my work on leadership, impact, and behaviour change. My style is grounded, and I am valued for speaking plainly and delivering results.
I create a quiet space where you can stop and think. It helps you explore possibilities, challenge assumptions and uncover beliefs that can block progress. My approach allows you time to be you. It’s a space to step away, to talk openly and to think.
