I am a qualified professional that works with business leaders to clarify goals, and to achieve the development stretch that they want. In short to act as a catalyst to promote new thinking, new ways of behaving and new ways of leading that will be right for the specific business context you find yourself in.

I partner with you. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, help provide clarity and enable you to access your own resources and ideas. I draw on my own business experiences to help you think things through.

Our learning often comes from preparing for meaningful business situations and then reviewing your actions and practice, with a focus and depth that creates insight. However there are no blanket strategies, I place the utmost importance on ways of learning that most help you.

Where analytical tools are helpful to build self awareness, I conduct 360 degree assessments, confidential interviews, and psychometrics. I draw on a range of coaching methodologies (Newfield, NLP, Integral Coaching) that take account of the whole person. I will always focus on personal development and getting the business outcomes you want.
